Lhasa PUP-date

The babies are 9 weeks old now.  Growing fast and fluffy.  They are really little Lhasa Apsos now!  So much personalities and each one is completely different, yet similar is so many ways.  It's so hard to get photos of them as they never seem to hold still long enough and end up a blur or just a mass of fluffballs as they wrestle!  I will be doing my best to get more photos ASAP.  They had another nail trim today and play in the Lhasa room with the adults... oh they had FUN!
First is Leo who will be a great pup when he finds the right home.
Leo is a beautiful parti coloured male.  He is the one in the litter who is very playful, pulls his siblings whiskers & tail, and plays just as rough as the next puppy but he is quieter than the rest.  He also doesn't like to be picked up and carried around alot, he is most comfortable if he is on your lap and just being pet and talked to. I prefer a home without alot of children, Leo seems more right for a quieter home environment that will spoil him.
Bubba is a big boy and he is very vocal.  He is the 'woofer' of the group.  He will tell you when someone comes into the house, he responds to the other dogs who bark and if he sees anyone come around in the dark at night, he will sure let out a Lhasa WOOF WOOF and he has a big woof in a little package, too.  He will be a great watch dog, doing what his breed was bred for:  guarding & alerting.  He has a nice thick golden coat with white markings and black tips.  he is heavy boned and will likely weight close to 18 pounds when full grown.  His tail never seems to stop wagging!
Fletcher is another Parti-coloured whose colours are beautifully blending together with his nice thick coat.  He has the unique blue fleck in one of his big brown eyes.  He is also a big boned pup and will likely be around 18 lbs when full grown.  He has a nice tight tail set and is really very friendly and very active!  He is a wiggle worm when he is picked up.  He will take a good owner who has time to train him, he is eager, smart and very willing to learn as much as he can!
Current photo of him coming soon!
BUSTER BROWN!  He is a handsome devil and becoming a spoiled boy!  He is very friendly, tight tail set, nice coat and a Golden colour that is truly gleaming!   He loves people and wont hesitate to let you knwo he WANTS to be picked up!
Another of Buster
LUCY and Monroe are the hellish sister girls!  They are typical sisters always flying out of their x pen and into the papered area like super dogs with capes!   Unless the perfect homes comes along, we are keeping Lucy and Monroe, of course has already been spoken for since the second she was born by my best friend of forever, Lori!
Miss Monroe
Miss Lucy
Aren't they all just precious?  Let us know if you are interested in any of them.  We haven't really advertised them yet but they are old enough now, it's about time to do so.....We can't keep them all.

Our Lhasa Apso Puppies' relatives!

Sire:  BOB Winning Di-Ti's Mr LT Paris.  He was pointed in conformation and an excellent agility dog.  He is now 12 years old and loving retirement life.  He has lived with us since birth, we've had several generations of Lhasas since 1982.....  Hips & Thyroid good.
"Heart" Great Grandsire (Paris's grandsire) American and Canadian Champion Knolwood's Thief of the Heart.  CERF, thryoid good and hips good.   He is out of the #1 BOB winning Lhasa Apso in the USA in 1992: American Champion Knolwood's Josh My Gosh.  Heart shared 10 years with us.  He now plays at Rainbow bridge happy and free.  Paris looks so much like him.  Heart was truly a stunning representation of his breed, just like his grandson!
Grandsire:  "Joey" (Paris's sire) Di-Ti's Little Joseph Big Foot. CERF tested, Hips good.  He was beautiful, incredible face, lovely bone and between him and Heart, this lineage is really incredible with bone, muscle tone, gorgeous heads, nice high tight tail sets, long lived, great health and proper temperament.  Joey shared 13 1/2 years with us until he passed away Jan 12, 2010 and made his journey to Rainbow Bridge.  R.I.P. my friend, we miss you.

PUP-DATE!! Our Lhasa Apso babies!

A few of the pups that we have for sale are pictured in this blog.  You can also find them on Puppyfind.   Search Lhasa Apso in WA state.  We will consider flying them to the right home but we prefer not to fly them if we can avoid it.

MATTHEW & LUCY!!
The babies had some fun out on the linoleum floor.  Mostly Lucy's photos came out, the rest were blurry..... Matthew really enjoys Lucy, she's a real sweetie.

Lucy climbed all over Matthew, he laughed and laughed and Lucy had a blast!
We got our meat delivery.  I had put away all the large roasts and steaks but check out the smaller one!!  I tried to get the photo of how big it was and the 4" thickness!!
Here's more of cutie Lucy!  See why I want her in a show home if we can find one?

Since these little special kids haven't cut their teeth, I decided it was time for them to have a bone!  Just a little one!  ;-)  They went right to it!   Here's Buster and Fleck!
Check out Monroe!  To heck with the bone, she wants out again to PLAY on the linoleum and in the little plastic kiddie house under the table.  SHE will be a climber!!  Her mama Lori will have her hands full!  :-)
Buster LOVING his new chew toyBuster is for sale, we'd like him to go to a show home!
Poor little Miss Monroe was just too exhausted to keep protecting her bone and bowl of food....
And a few more photos of the babies out playing!   Here's Fleck checking out the table leg!
Fleck is for sale.
Monroe and Lucy - the trouble making duo!
Mr Leo the Lion.  Leo is a bit of a shy boy in the litter.  He is so adorable.  He gets lots of attention and part of the pink eye rim is starting to get colour!!  He is for sale to a pet home (neuter home).   He's really going to have a NICE coat.  He is a smaller pup in the litter.  Normal sized, just not huge like his 2 big brothers.  Nicely proportioned and a nice curled tail.
 Monroe again!
And POOR Whisper, her tail was wagging as she watched the babies through the gate playing in the kitchen......She's just MUCH too big to play with these precious babies.
